From a mention to a merge

From a mention to a merge, with two stops.

Anadolu takes a bug reported in Teams, Slack, or Mattermost, proves it with a failing test, and opens a pull request on the company's GitHub. A project manager authorizes the fix after the reproduction. An approver accepts the pull request. The company's pipeline deploys. Anadolu does not deploy.

Unknown channel, no case. Not a code bug, no sandbox. The sandbox is a throwaway container: a copy of the repository, no GitHub token, deleted when the run ends.

The report

@Anadolu Checkout fails when the coupon is expired. It should show the message, not a 500.

Reproduced. One failing test. No production code changed.

The thread is what people see. Anadolu is not a ticket system.

The reproduction

  • coupon.expired.spec.ts — written, failing
  • package.json — stopped
  • prisma/migrations — stopped
  • .github/ — stopped

It can write a test. It cannot write a migration.

The pull request

  • Test — passing
  • Scan — passing
  • Policy — passing

Review submitted as the approver, not as Anadolu.

The two gates are the stops.
